Thanks to its continuous financial and professional development the Cogemar Group has consolidated its presence on markets requiring high qualitative standards such as Japan, and is now imposing itself through prestigious realizations on other reference markets such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, America as well as the Arab Countries.
The COGEMAR Group, well-known for its outstanding capability to operate with different materials, either selected or difficult to work, is a reliable reference for the most sophisticated international Customers. In particular, the working of any coloured material is highly appreciated, which for some of them Cogemar holds the sole agency.
Cogemar operates with:
- two processing plants (Marble and Granite) equipped with computer-aided technology;
- a Service Company which concentrates the design know-how aided by CAD / CAM systems and performs the quality control of the works;
- some associated firms co-ordinated by direct Area Managers that guarantee a valuable worldwide trading network.
The Companies of the Group count on a specialized and professional direct staff of 80 people and an indirect staff of 20 people operating through the following structures:
- operating area extension equal to 23.000 sq.m., of which 3.000 sq.m. covered for marble, plus 13.500 sq.m. of which 3.500 sq.m. covered for granite.
- A large machinery complex composed of: marble and granite gangsaws, slab epoxy resin-reinforcing plants, polishing lines, flaming machines, edge-polishers, cutting machines, computer-controlled contouring machines . Moreover COGEMAR can count on specialized subcontractors to realize any kind of complex work.
THE COGEMAR GROUP is acting in the market both through directly controlled structures, such as CGM-services, and by means of Joint-venture agreements with other companies - Coopsette, Erica - in order to provide the clients with the most advanced technologies in the various phases of the project design and realisation, i.e.:
- tendering and choice of fabrication systems
- production shopdrawings by CAD systems selection of materials through sophisticated laboratory tests
- design, supply and installation of metal structures and anchor systems for curtain walls
